LINDA RAE BELTON
CHAIR
I am a practicing visual artist who loves to work with the community to inspire all ages to participate in arts engagement. I see so much potential to bring arts to the Goldfields region for all to enjoy through Golden Mile Art events and networking.

I'm a part-time fibre artist working in a broad range of mediums. Art is central to my connection with the world around me and I am passionate about educating people to consider art beyond paint and pencil. I believe every person has the potential to create art in whatever form speaks to them.

Sarah is bubbly & approachable personality with an incredible knack for flashing her refined body painting & cosplay skills across tiktok with a splash of her comedic wit. Sarah's reason for jumping onto the GMA committee is to be part of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder arty community in a vibrant and inclusive group,
JUANITA FISHWICK
COMMITTEE MEMBER
Juanita is the type of artist whom only realised in her late 40s that she was an artist, although she's been creating art her whole life and performing professionally since childhood.
She will happily try her hand at any form of artistic expression but her favourites are performing and creating mixed media pieces.
She is also obsessed with rocks, rockhounding, and geology and includes this in her art whenever possible.
Juanita has joined the Golden Mile committee to connect with other artists, to learn and share knowledge skills, and ideas, and to be a part of a great grass roots organisation.

I am a visual artist working with diverse mediums including clay, paints and wire. Joining the Golden Mile Art committee was an easy choice for me, as I strongly believe in the collective power of artists to enrich our goldfields community and enhance the cultural vibrancy of our region.

JEN HAWKE
Project Administrator
Jen is a born a bred 'Local YoKal' with a heavy background in sports coaching and people management. Artistically, Jen dabbles in Portrait Pyrography and anything creative with wood, and can bust the old stick welder out for a project or two. She brings with her 30 years of local connections and networks, with the goal of giving GMA's project and funding management a major pump up.
OKSANA WALTERS
Art House Officer
Oksana is a practicing artist who enjoys working in a variety of areas such as painting, pottery, weaving, silk painting, felting, knitting, macrame, and more. She brings with her a wealth of experience including 20+ years of experience in galleries, event management art shops, and workshops. Her role is to empower artists and offers hands-on help and advice with what you need for your workshops, exhibition entries, and market stalls. She also coordinates assett and arthouse hire, fundraising and promotional campaigns, artwork scanning, and printing, events, and volunteers. You will find Oksana in the Art House on Fridays from 8.30am - 12.30pm and by appointment.
